Commission Process
1. Complete the Commission Form:
To begin, please complete the inquiry form below. Once your request has been reviewed and your deposit received, I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire where you can upload reference photos and share any specific details you’d like included in your portrait.
2. Consultation:
After completing the form, we'll have a consultation to discuss your vision and preferences in detail.
3. Payment:
The first 50% will be due after the consultation and must be made before I begin the painting. The final 50% will be required upon completion of the portrait.
4. Feedback and Revisions:
You'll have up to 3 opportunities to review the initial sketch or draft of the portrait and provide feedback. The first review will be when the portrait is halfway done, and the second when it's nearly finished and the final when the painting is done for last touch up review. I'm committed to making any necessary revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction
5. The Wait:
The completion time for your portrait usually ranges from 2 to 4 months and up, depending on the size, number of people, and overall complexity. If you need a timing adjustment, feel free to reach out to me through the contact tab!
6. Delivery:
Your completed portrait will be carefully packaged and shipped to you, ready to be proudly displayed in your home or gifted to a special someone. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery for security purposes.
Delivery without a signature is available upon request; however, any issues that arise with the delivery will be the client’s responsibility.
